This just in from Sarah Corner, one of our GHPN members (although not on a Foundation-cosponsored mission) “Hello. I have not posted on this internet website in a very long time. Is anyone else currently outside of the US trying to get home? I have been in East Africa for 3 weeks. Virtually all the flights from Kigali to US go through Europe. My connecting flight in Amsterdam has already been canceled since the travel ban was announced a few hours ago. Anyone else currently trying to re-route flights? Should I try to go through London since the UK hasn’t been banned yet apparently? Should I just stay in Europe and try to find a new job? Does anyone know of any pathologist positions in Europe? Please advise.“ We currently only have one other meeting in Europe with an American speaker (The Eastern European Division in Lake Ohrid) at the end of May, and obviously we will be watching this situation closely. b
