Dear all This course will be given by video conference instead of in person. The dates and the general program remain unchanged. For those of you that have already registered, an~ 50% refund will be issued (or if you prefer not to attend at all, a full refund will be offered). Dr Bruce Williams will be contacting each of you personally soon. If you have not yet registered, please wait for a day or two until the registration site is updated with the new, reduced price.
