*Assistant Professor of Anatomic Pathology, Academic Clinician, Department of Pathobiology* *University of Pennsylvania: School of Veterinary Medicine: School of Veterinary Medicine - Pathobiology* *Location* Philadelphia, Pennsylvania *Open Date* Aug 2, 2021 *Description* The University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine, Department of Pathobiology, Penn Vet Diagnostic Laboratory welcomes applications for a full time, Anatomic Pathologist at the rank of Assistant Professor in the Academic Clinician track. The position involves a 90% commitment to service activities in the Veterinary Diagnostic Laboratory and a 10% commitment to teaching. Service responsibilities are shared among 3 other faculty pathologists from the Department. Salary and rank will be commensurate with the candidate’s training and experience. The diagnostic lab supports UPENN Ryan Veterinary Hospital and practitioners from the US and territories. Our pathologists interpret ~12,000 biopsies and 400 autopsies annually.
