For those who work with laboratory animals, or those who might need laboratory animal knowledge for a certain “quiz” that may be coming up, this is course is for you! July 31 and August 1 the Davis-Thompson Foundation presents the CLASS
course, focusing on preparing for the ACLAM exam, USDA and PHS regulations, and the NRC and Ag guides. Right after CLASS on August 2-6 is the famous Pathology of Laboratory Animals course, chock full of pathology of mice, rats, non-human primates, rabbits,
ferrets, and mini-pigs. This year, because of ongoing uncertainty related to the pandemic, we are once again offering the course as a virtual course, in both a live version and a rebroadcast one. For those who register for the live version ($250 for Foundation
members, $350 for non-members), there will be not one but TWO pathology mock exams. For those who want lectures only, there will be a limited-time rebroadcast ($100 for members, $200 for non-members). Registration is open now
https://davisthompsonfoundation.regfox.com/2021pola . A limited number of need-based tuition reimbursements will be offered; for details on how to apply for these please email the course director
Dr. Robert Kim (robert.k.kim2.mil@mail.mil).
