Veterinary Pathologist - California National Primate Research Center

We have an opportunity for a pathologist to join to the Anatomic Pathology team at The California National Primate Research Center. This position offers a level of mentorship and support that is perfect for either early career or new pathologists who will finish their residency training programs this year. No previous primate experience is needed, but an interest in learning non-human primate pathology and working in a research environment is a must. The position offers a wide variety of experience involving teaching, diagnostic pathology as well as research pathology. We work closely with the UC Davis School of Veterinary Medicine and the Comparative Pathology Lab, both of which are just down the street. ACVP boards or board eligibility is required but a PhD is not necessary. If this opportunity sparks your interest please don’t hesitate to reach out to Rachel Reader at rreader@ucdavis.edu. We welcome informal conversations with potential candidates. To apply please use the following link: https://careerspub.universityofcalifornia.edu/psp/ucdavis/EMPLOYEE/HRMS/c/HR... Dr J.
