Clinical Assistant Professor in Veterinary Anatomic Pathology at School of Veterinary Medicine & Science, University of Nottingham, UK Location: Sutton Bonington Campus, East Midlands Salary: £36914 to £49553 per annum, depending on skills and experience. Salary progression beyond this scale is subject to performance. Reference: MED418420X1 MED418420X The University of Nottingham’s School of Veterinary Medicine and Science (SVMS) invites applications for a full-time Clinical Associate Professor in Veterinary Anatomic Pathology with a focus in Companion Animal Pathology. The successful applicant will play an important role in teaching and mentoring undergraduate and postgraduate students and providing clinical service to associate and private practitioners. They will also be expected to supervise undergraduate student research projects and will be encouraged to develop wider independent or collaborative research projects. Candidates should possess a primary veterinary degree that can be registered with the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons and a further appropriate qualification, ideally at Diploma level, in veterinary anatomic pathology. Candidates in their final year of their residency and eligible to sit and working towards an appropriate qualification may be considered for this position. Candidates should submit a CV which gives details of academic qualifications, including a career summary and a full list of publications and research grants. A statement of not more than 500 words on your long term clinical and teaching plans is also required.
