Look, I'm going to be real with you, folks. Whether you are in a commercial diagnostic pathology lab, an academic institution, a drug discovery team, or a CRO, being able to recognize and describe gross, microscopic, and ultrastructural findings and interpret IHC/ISH and PCR has always mattered, matters now, and will always matter. (At least until ChatGPT starts writing our reports!) The 2023 in-person Descriptive Veterinary Pathology course is a fantastic opportunity to separate yourself from your work responsibilities for a week, focus completely on your own education, and make friends you will have for a lifetime. In addition to many hours of lectures by Drs. Linden Craig, Patty Pesavento, and myself, as well as FIVE mock tests including multiple-choice and slide descriptions, registration includes coffee breaks and a catered lunch each day. On Wednesday evening we have a social hour where you can get to know your fellow participants and hang out with the instructors and local hosts. Minneapolis/St. Paul is usually gorgeous in the summer, with tons of great restaurants and breweries!
