Veterinary Pathologist Opening - Colorado State University

The Colorado State University Veterinary Diagnostic Laboratory (CSUVDL) in Fort Collins, Colorado is seeking applicants for a veterinary pathologist position. This position is flexible and can work in Fort Collins or remotely. This is a full-time position, and the candidate will be scheduled for service on a daily basis, excluding time off for leave, professional development and other general duties. Remote-working pathologists will be scheduled on the biopsy service. In-person pathologists working at our lab will be scheduled on both biopsy and necropsy service (rotating days with more biopsy service than necropsy service). This position receives full benefits, including various insurance plans and generous retirement contributions. A DVM or equivalent degree is required. American College of Veterinary Pathologists board certification or eligibility is required. Board eligible candidates will be expected to achieve certification within one year of employment. A minimum of 1 year of experience in veterinary diagnostic pathology, post-residency, is preferred.
