Dear members of the Board:

I have received Dr. Bruce Williams' resignation as CEO and Chairman of the Board (attached), and understand my role as acting CEO and Board chairman in his stead.  In that role, it is in the best interest of the Foundation that I appoint Dr. Williams  as acting Treasurer of the Foundation pending vote by the Board to make him the Foundation’s Treasurer.  He has agreed to serve in this position.

Bruce has more experience, qualifications and dedication to the Foundation than anybody I know.

This motion has been seconded by Dr Francisco Carvallo.

Seven days have been allotted for discussion, a YES/NO vote, or both.
