The results of the two votes to elect Dr. Paco Uzal as CEO and Chairman of the Board, and Dr. Bruce Williams as Foundation Treasurer and CFO were passed unanimously with 23 votes in the affirmative 3 No votes 2 Abstain (Uzal and Williams). The motion is carried. I know that all of you will give Dr. Uzal the same effort that you have given me over the last six years in my term as Board Chairman. Thank you for all your hard work - we could not have built the Foundation to the point it is today without you! b
