[Directors] Code of Conduct Contract for your signatures

Dear Member of the Foundation Board: Discussed and ratified over the last few months, the Foundation’s Code of Conduct contract is ready for your signature. This will be a annual requirement for our Board and Faculty of Discussants (who will be sent the document tomorrow). In addition, speakers at all of our upcoming courses and teleconferences will be required to sign the document or have a copy on file. Please scan the document, sign, and return to me for file. Thank you. Bruce P.S. Phase three of this activity - a reporting system and evaluation committee (headed by Jey Koehler) is nearing completion. This will be discussed at our next Board meeting in June.
