We’ve got two day-seminars we need the RACE application filled out on - any takers? You get to work with the fabulous Jim Britt - our secret agent for RACE! Oh, and we are giving 8 hours of FREE RACE CE for our upcoming BLACK VOICES IN PATHOLOGY on the 28th of July, so I’m hoping we get 1000 people sign up. If we can do that, it’s going to be all hands on deck for certificates that day!

Dear Webinar committee Attached is the current list of moderators for our upcoming seminars. Currently, we need moderators for most July seminars. If people will please have a look at the table and let me know by e-mail if you are willing to moderate one of those seminars, that would be very helpful. I know that Tuesday day seminars are particularly challenging, so please let me know if you can do even half a day. Who’s up to amend the shared Google doc with upcoming webinars in July and beyond (also the ones for Australian Time Zones) Not you Laura Bassel - you’ve got to do the surveys, and not you Bruce Wiliams, you are setting up the Zoom seminars… There are no weekends in the Davis Thompson Foundation! And if you are not the first one there to update the document, just put your name down beside some tasks! b b

Moderators for virtual seminars

Dear gang I think there has been some confusion regarding my request for moderators of our seminars. When I sent a request out a couple of weeks ago, I got some answers and I put together a table (attached). But then Bruce brought to my attention yesterday that there was a tab in the Google sheet for it as well. If you don’t mind, I prefer to keep working with my Word document for this particular purpose (put it to my age and old habits which are difficult to break), so we have deleted that section of the Google sheet. Attached is the table of moderators as it stands today: notice that we still have a blank for June 23; please let me know if anyone (or more than one; this is a day seminar) want to do it. We are finalizing our schedule for our July seminars and for the July-November Australian seminar series and will be sending another request for moderators soon. Hi folks: Looking at the schedule for June, need some help on a few days in June. Looks like we need June 9 - one more certificate filler/sender outer - I am on duty at the JPC that day, so I’d better not. It looks like we will probably top out at 200 on that course, so it will only be 40 or so. Not onerous duty, and I’ll send out lists of names and emails Monday night and pick up the stragglers myself. June 19th - need a moderator for the Pathology of Camelids FFS. June 25th, need two certificate filler outers, and a host fo the daylong Clin Path Review. I think that about covers it.
