Officially, the RACE application needs to b3 filled out 45 days in advance, but that rule has been relied because of the shirt in teleconferencing due to COVID-19.

So we try to fill them out as soon as we have the names of the speakers, dates, and title, but we can’t generally turn them in until we also have a copy of the advertising flyer (we have the avian path in hand, and should have the Black Voices by today i hope) and a copy of the evaluation form (so Laura, it would be helpful if we could have that in a PDF form).  The last one, I did that at the last minute and it didn’t hold up anything.

RACE also is a lot more efficient in their approval right now - usually they turn them around in a week.

Let me know if you want to split the work, I'm happy to help as well! I've created a folder in drive with the previous application spread sheets. 

The RACE application needs to be filled in advance since they need some weeks to process it before it gets official (to my understanding).
So the sooner the better I believe.

And Bruce I'm also on board with helping with certificates for July 28th!

Oh, and we are giving 8 hours of FREE RACE CE for our upcoming BLACK VOICES IN PATHOLOGY on the 28th of July, so I’m hoping we get 1000 people sign up.  If we can do that, it’s going to be all hands on deck for certificates that day!
