The vote to provide certificates for attendees of all seminars passed the Ad Hoc Meetings committee today by a unanimous vote.

I know by recent discussion that the Webinar committee supports this, and as we are now automated (or at least most of us are - but I found a way to bomb it after it made all the certificates and had emailed 81/150 to POLA recipients this week), I think we can start with this Friday’s John Cullen lecture (Paco - I will walk you through retrieving the attendee report on this one.)

Each Friday, I will provide the names and emails of attendees and a template certificate to the “certificate printer.”  I don’t think there is any special rush to get them out - I can’t get the report until the seminar is done, anyhow. 

We will need someone to send out the certificates this Friday (sorry about the short notice), as well as moving forward. We are currently averaging 350 or so attendees each Friday (we will only provide certificates to folks who actually show up, not for those who register).

so if someone wants to raise their hand for Friday, then perhaps we can move forward with the following Friday (Lobster Autopsy) on the spreadsheet in the Google Drive.
