Webinar videos older than 6 months to be "removed" from YouTube's channel 📽 * This was definitely not an easy discussion, but the board of directors has come to the decision of making the videos of webinar older than 6 months PRIVATE on YT. * There are many reasons supporting this decision, but the main goals were to avoid information getting outdated and "exhausting the system" (i.e., that way we create more opportunities for future webinars with similar, perhaps more updated, topics and not get too repetitive). * We know many of those videos were advertised as "indefinitely", so we will launch a 1-month notice on social media and listserv to the community. * Once the deadline is up, we'll have to edit the texts in some of them to replace the "indefinitely" part. 4. G suite accounts were created and will be employed soon 💌 * We will have 3 emails for hosts (e.g., host.1@davisthompsonfoundation.org<mailto:host.1@davisthompsonfoundation.org>) / 2 emails for certificate sending / 1 for survey evaluation / 4 for moderators (subject to change) * That way, volunteers assigned to the respective tasks will all have the same access via shared password to the email. * We will experiment with these addresses shortly and share the info with the assigned volunteers in Slack. 5.
