Hi everyone,

Sending a quick message to keep everyone posted on some recent news within the committee as well as friendly reminders:

• We have a new member! 🎉 Please, welcome MAJ Dr. Connie Schmitt! She was kindly introduced by Bruce, and we look forward to working with her! Connie will take a moment to go over what we already have set up in our committee, and will get back with some ideas. :)
• Now, Bruce, Marie, Laura S. and myself (video editors) have access to the Foundation's YT channel and we are experimenting with uploading the edited videos ourselves in the channel as well as in the FB page. That will come with the regular summarized descriptive paragraph about each talk, following Bruce's steps.
• We want to congratulate Eileen 🎉 for being a great moderator in the past webinar (Dr. Leslie Woods - Australian webinar series). Eileen, we look forward to seeing more of you as a moderator in the future!
• And this brings me to the other point... ! Please, we still need to fill spots for moderators in the November AND for those who are have signed up already, please, start organizing the to-do list when getting in contact with your speaker:
• Signed Code of conduct
• Brief biography
  
• Learning objectives
• Authorization for recording and rebroadcast (and for how long)
• If possible, a slide (or screenshot) sample of their webinar content for advertisement on our social media platforms
• Upload the Learning Objectives in the designated drive folder
• Upload the Bios in the designated drive folder
