This was in response to the email you sent out regarding Abelardo Morales Briceno not yet receiving a race certificate. May e I misunderstood the original email? I just wanted to make sure this gentleman recei ed a certificate but didnt want to step on any toes!

I have hit some roadblocks with use of the autocrat system and so I finally had the time to send out my portion of the RACE certificates today.  I made the assumption that this was one of the ones that I had not yet sent out and replied that it should be out by tomorrow.  However, after going through all my allotments, I did not see this name.  I am happy to send him his certificate if the person assigned to this one doesn't have the time to do it by tomorrow.  Thanks and have a great day!
