Thank you for those who filled the Doodle link.
We had two dates where most people could participate (6 in total who replied). 
I set it up for Wednesday, November 4th, from 4pm-5pm (Central Time). 

Below are topics we'll go over (please, bring additional ones you wish to discuss):

  • New forms for authorization of recording, rebroadcasting and image usage to be incorporated
  • Standardization of certificate name file
  • Moderators' tasks revisited 
  • Timeline for speaker's replies
  • New certificate template (*we need Jeann's input here*)
  • Attendees spreadsheet archive 
  • Usage of a better workflow app called "Zapier" (I recommend people to explore more about it before our meeting)
