At this point, I'm assuming you're already familiar with When2Meet (just make sure you match your timezone). Also, to give a heads-up of recent big changes, we now have a digital form that Jey and Paco (or other primary course organizers) will be sending out to future speakers. The files speakers send will be secured in our shared drive folder: https://cutt.ly/Dzz96ko Note that for speakers already lined by in our communal spreadsheet we are still sending the current emailing system.
