That's ok - I get a lot of these - I just check them against the attendees (people do have the chutzpah to ask for certificates for courses they haven't even registered for) and then sned them another copy. I am up to 4 or 5 a day. For some reason, a lot of people didn't get their lobster certificate. As Rafaela and I can tell you from today's experience, Autocrat is not perfect.
