Black Voices certificate and automation video from Laura S
Tomorrow is our Black Voices in Pathology Seminar and we have a sellout! We are currently at 1050 registrants. It is an all hands on deck to get the certificates out this time! Laura has figured out a way to automate the process and I have uploaded the video to the Google Drive at: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1mWvAyoLf7tbfGXinG5HN1XUVChlKAadA <https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1mWvAyoLf7tbfGXinG5HN1XUVChlKAadA> This week, certificates do not need to go out until Wednesday, as I need to download a list of the people that actually signed in (as the RACE CE was free). As long as jokes signed in for even 30 seconds, they will get the certificate. My plan is to send everyone 50, so in case you don’t get the automation part down (I am going to try it tomorrow!), it won’t be too onerous. Laura is do the lion’s share Wednesday, as she has the automation down. So expect a spreadsheet on Wednesday, and a list of which emails are “yours”. Jeann and Jim - you are exempt! b
