Assistant/Associate/Full Professor (tenure-track) – Anatomic Pathology Department of Veterinary Clinical Sciences *Position:* · The University of Minnesota, College of Veterinary Medicine is hiring: o One Tenure-Track position in Anatomic Pathology (100%-time faculty appointment). Requirements*:* · Minimum qualifications include: DVM or equivalent veterinary degree and Board certification in Anatomic Pathology. · This position is a research-focused, tenure-track position that requires that the candidate have at least 60% research effort, have secured NIH (or equivalent extramural) funding, are currently building an independent research program, and have expertise in orthopedic pathology. Anatomic Pathology Description: · In addition to developing and demonstrating a successful independent and collaborative research program, the successful candidate will provide didactic teaching in the systemic pathology portion of the veterinary curriculum. Department: · The VCS Department has a rich history of Veterinary and Comparative Medicine research. The college has a vigorous basic and translational research program with active clinical trials and a Clinical Investigation Center infrastructure that provides technical support and assistance with clinical research opportunities.
