I just updated it, including the last update from Paco. I hope I did this ok, but if not, I’ll do better next time. Perhaps we could use a different sheet for each month… same Excel file, but each sheet would be a different month; I see you have a different sheet for topic ideas, but we could put month names on each sheet? It might be easier to follow if there were less columns on a single page?? I could modify that if you want, otherwise, I’ll just leave it as is. Thank you Marie Because selection of topics for a particular month depend on so many factors, I would not worry too much about organizing the proposal of topics and speakers in a particular month. If they can be all together somewhere, I will check the document regularly and try to use those ideas when needed and possible. Oh, I guess I wasn’t clear on what I meant. You can look at the document, I made new sheets per month and filled in the one for July as an example. I can do the same for each month if you like that setup. I was just hoping to make it easier to look at, as I felt we were going to end up with more than 50 columns by the end of the year. Hello guys, I hope you all have had a great weekend. I think Marie`s idea of having a sheet per month is great. I already filled the ones that were missing. I was thinking about suggesting a topic in swine pathology (as we have already had an avian seminar). I don’t know if it is a good idea, because that one did not covered just poultry pathology and in this case we will be talking about just one species. Have a nice week. Sofía

The spreadsheet looks great. It will be much easier to look through. I think swine pathology is a great topic! And so big that we could consider a Tuesday seminar with multiple speakers or a Friday seminar series with several speakers people covering one or several organ systems. Because selection of topics for a particular month depend on so many factors, I would not worry too much about organizing the proposal of topics and speakers in a particular month. If they can be all together somewhere, I will check the document regularly and try to use those ideas when needed and possible.
